Due to the nature of our products, Basic B Body is unable to accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind.
We offer a 15 day money back guarantee in the event that there are any problems with your order. Please contact hello@basicbbody.com.au with your order number and our customer service team will get back to you ASAP.
If you have received the incorrect product, or believe your product is damaged or faulty, please email hello@basicbbody.com.au with your order number, details of the damage or fault and photos within 15 days of purchase. The inclusion of this information allows us to find your order easily and process your request as soon as possible.
