Where does Basic B Body ship to?

We currently ship our products nationwide, from Oodnadatta to Camooweal to Booti Booti. If you don’t reside in the land down under, and are desperate for some low-waste, low-tox, and luxurious self-care products, please email us at hello@basicbbody.com.au and we will try our best to find a solution for you.

How much does postage cost?

Standard post is $10 Australia-wide or FREE on all orders over $50. Express post is $18.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

All orders are processed and dispatched within 2-3 business days.

Because you are supporting a regionally run business, expect your order to arrive in the big smoke within 3-5 days. If you live in a rural or regional area, it may take up to a week. And if you’re one of my favourite Bs living in Oodnadatta or Normanton, well, you know how long it takes for the post plane to arrive — expect your order to arrive after 10 business days.

Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll get an email with the tracking number so you can stalk the postie straight to your door.

Can I cancel my order?

If you want to change or cancel your order, please email  hello@basicbbody.com.au with your order details ASAP. We will try our best to help, but if your order has already been shipped, we can't make any changes or cancellations. 

Can I get a refund?

Under Australian Consumer Law, Basic B Body is not obligated to provide a refund for 'change of mind' on purchases.

If there are any problems with your order we offer a 15 day money back guarantee. Please email us at hello@basicbbody.com.au with your order number and our customer service team will get back to you ASAP.
